Overview

What is the BHMCT Programme?

BHMCT (Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology) is a four-year undergraduate program that focuses on the hospitality industry, equipping students with the skills and knowledge required for careers in hotel management, catering, and related service industries. The program combines rigorous theoretical learning with intense practical training.

The curriculum covers all four core areas of a hotel: Food Production (Culinary Arts), Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, Front Office Operations, and Accommodation Operations (Housekeeping). Students train in highly advanced simulation labs including Basic and Advanced Training Kitchens, a Mock Bar, and a Model Guest Room. The program also integrates a 22-week mandatory Industrial Exposure Training (IET) in 5-star properties, ensuring students are perfectly groomed for the global hospitality sector.
