Overview
What is the BHMCT Programme?
The curriculum covers all four core areas of a hotel: Food Production (Culinary Arts), Food & Beverage (F&B) Service, Front Office Operations, and Accommodation Operations (Housekeeping). Students train in highly advanced simulation labs including Basic and Advanced Training Kitchens, a Mock Bar, and a Model Guest Room. The program also integrates a 22-week mandatory Industrial Exposure Training (IET) in 5-star properties, ensuring students are perfectly groomed for the global hospitality sector.
